I have been buying and selling my residential properties for 45 years. Scott Friedlander’s level of intelligence, service and dedication is light years ahead of the rest. We cannot rave enough about what a great experience we had working with Scott Friedlander and Watson. We decide to sell our beach home at Cape San Blas and find a place on Amelia Island. Scott is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, professional and patient. Scott worked with us for a few months so we could get to know the local real estate market. We have been visiting for thirty years but buying here was a new experience and we could not have been in better hands. I worked with Scott over the course of several months to find the right property on Amelia Island. During that time he was always extremely patient and always willing to go look at properties. I live out of town so scheduling showings came down to marathon days of looking at fifteen to twenty listings at a time. He was always accommodating and extremely gracious. We had the opportunity to first meet Scott when we came to Amelia Island to visit and look at homes. He was on duty at the office. He spent so much time with us explaining the layout of Amelia Island and the different areas of homes. We booked two days in with Scott where he patiently took us to numerous homes. He did not pressure us nor did he try to up sell us. He listened to the type of home we were looking for and helped us short list accordingly.
